Credit Purchases
All credit purchases on VizStudio are one-time payments. Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment and do not expire.
Refund Eligibility
If you have not used any of the purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once credits have been partially or fully consumed (i.e., used to generate images), the purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.
Failed Generations
If an image generation fails due to a system error, the credits consumed for that generation are automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is required on your part.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for unused credits, please contact us via the email address listed on our website. Include your account email and the order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Free Credits
The free credits granted upon account registration (Welcome Bonus) are not eligible for cash refund or exchange. They are provided for trial purposes only.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds or additional credits at our discretion.
